Nominating Committee Charge:
The Nominating Committee shall present a slate of candidates no later than the last meeting of the fiscal year, June, to be voted on at the July Annual Meeting of the Corporation. The committee also recommends candidates to fill any unforeseen vacancies on the Executive Committee.
